Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 10 September 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
This website is operated by Smartceutix Technologies Ltd. You can contact us at info@smartceutix.com or North Point House, Suite 3D, New Mallow Road, Cork, T23 AT2P, Ireland.
These terms explain the permitted use of this informational website. They do not replace a signed project agreement, a data-processing agreement or product-specific terms. Please read them before using the website and contact us if anything is unclear.
2. Studios services and enquiries
Smartceutix Studios introduces website, software and AI-integration services. Descriptions on this website are general information, not a binding offer or a promise that a particular solution, result or delivery date is available.
Sending a message does not create a client relationship or require either party to begin a project. Scope, deliverables, fees, taxes where applicable, payment arrangements, timetable, intellectual-property rights, maintenance, support and any cancellation rights must be agreed separately before paid work starts. No payment is taken through this website in this release.
3. Labs and future plans
Smartceutix Labs describes areas of exploration and potential digital tools. A concept, roadmap item or research theme is not a released product, an invitation to invest or a guarantee of future availability. Plans may change as ideas are evaluated. Any released product or participation opportunity will have its own description, availability information and applicable terms.
General content about technology and everyday wellbeing is not individual medical, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on exploratory concepts as professional advice or as evidence of a regulated product or service.
4. Responsible use
You may use this website to learn about Smartceutix and make genuine enquiries. You must not use it unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the site's availability or security.
Do not attempt to access private data or bypass access restrictions. This does not prevent activities that applicable law expressly permits. If you identify a vulnerability, please report it privately to our contact email without accessing unnecessary information or disrupting the service.
5. Branding and website content
Smartceutix branding and website materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Making material available on this website does not transfer ownership or grant a general commercial licence.
You may view the site and keep reasonable copies for personal reference or internal consideration of our services, preserving relevant notices. Please seek permission before commercially reproducing our branding or substantial original materials, unless that use is allowed by law. Nothing here restricts rights or exceptions that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Information you send
Please provide accurate contact details and only information you have the right to share. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive or confidential material through an initial enquiry. Contact us first if a project needs a confidentiality arrangement or a more appropriate sharing method.
An enquiry does not transfer ownership of your materials to us. We use information you send to review and respond to the enquiry and for purposes explained in our Privacy Policy. Submission does not create a confidentiality agreement by itself; this does not remove confidentiality or privacy duties that already apply by law.
7. External links
Links to independent websites are provided for reference. We do not control their content, availability or practices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement, partnership or responsibility for the external service. Its own terms may apply.
8. Accuracy, availability and changes
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but errors, interruptions and outdated information can occur. Please confirm information material to a project directly with us before relying on it commercially. We may update, suspend or remove website content as needed, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. If an important page or feature does not work, please let us know using the contact details above.
9. Responsibility and statutory rights
Each party remains responsible for its acts and omissions to the extent provided by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing removes mandatory consumer protections or other non-excludable statutory rights. Any specific liability allocation for commissioned work belongs in the separate project agreement, not in these website terms.
10. Applicable law and resolving concerns
These website terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your habitual residence where those protections apply. These terms do not impose an exclusive court that overrides your mandatory jurisdiction rights.
Please contact us about a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent either party from exercising legal rights or approaching a competent court or regulator.
11. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms for future use of the website. The date above identifies the current version. Changes do not retrospectively replace a separate agreement or affect accrued statutory rights. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
